All customers have different physical locations, contacts (and languages).

Please notice:

1. All customers are easy to reach through email. The customer details are available. But they only will respond one week before the game, not earlier.
2. When an order is delivered at the customer, he expects the right documents to go with the shipment. For this the original order form might be used!
